- Retail Customers: Must be 18+ with legal capacity.
2.2 Process

- Binding Offer: Submission of registration form constitutes an offer; acceptance occurs via welcome email.
2.3 Responsibilities
- Accuracy: False information voids account rights.
- Security: Customers must safeguard login details; report breaches immediately.
3. Ordering & Contracts
3.1 Purchase Process
- Offer & Acceptance:
- B2B: Your order is an offer; contract forms upon our order confirmation.
- B2C: Website listings are invitations to treat; contract forms upon dispatch confirmation.
3.2 Order Modifications
- Changes allowed only before dispatch orders@decsmnltd.com.
3.3 Core Parts Policy
- Deposit: Charged for remanufacturable parts (e.g., alternators, starters).
- Refund: Requires return of old part in rebuildable condition (no cracks, fluids drained).
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
- Ex-VAT (20% added at checkout for UK customers).
- Trade Discounts: Apply only to approved B2B accounts.
4.2 Payment Methods
- B2B: Bank transfer (net 30 days for approved accounts), credit/debit cards.
- B2C: Cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal.
4.3 Late Payments
- Interest: 8% over Bank of England base rate (B2B) under Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
- Suspension: Overdue accounts may face order holds.
5. Delivery & Risk
5.1 Shipping Terms
- UK Mainland: Free over £500; £9.99 below (excludes bulky items).
- Remote Areas: Surcharges apply (quoted pre-order).
- Lead Time: 1–2 working days for in-stock items.
5.2 Risk Transfer
- B2B: Risk passes to buyer upon handover to courier.
- B2C: Risk passes upon delivery to address.
5.3 Damaged Goods

6. Returns & Warranties

- Unopened, Resalable Condition: 15% restocking fee.

6.3 Warranties

7. Liability & Disputes
